This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all event, theater, musical show, and sports tickets purchased online via TicketLimited.lk using credit/debit cards or available digital payment and easy payment options.
By making a purchase on TicketLimited.lk, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Responsibility Disclaimer
TicketLimited.lk is an online ticketing platform operating as an intermediary between event organizers and ticket buyers.
TicketLimited.lk is not responsible for any event cancellations, postponements, schedule adjustments, venue modifications, partial performances, or lost/stolen physical tickets initiated by the respective event organizers, artists, or venue operators.
2. General Policy: All Sales Are Final
Except as explicitly outlined in Section 3 below:

No Refunds or Exchanges: All ticket sales on TicketLimited.lk are final and non-refundable.

No Modifications: Tickets cannot be exchanged, swapped, or amended for any reason (including but not limited to venue changes, date/time alterations, weather disruptions, or personal scheduling conflicts).

Please verify your order details (event date, time, quantity, and seat category) carefully before completing your payment.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible to request a refund through TicketLimited.lk only under the following specific circumstances:

Event Cancellation: If an event is officially canceled by the event organizer.

Event Postponement: If an event is officially postponed or rescheduled by the event organizer.
Note: All eligible refunds remain subject to applicable administrative deductions as detailed below.
4. Refund Procedure & Timeline
A. For Postponed Events

If an event is postponed, an official notice will be published via TicketLimited.lk official channels (Email, SMS, or Social Media).

You must submit your refund request within seven (7) bank working days from the date the official postponement notification is issued.

Refund requests submitted after this 7-day window will not be processed or entertained under any circumstances.
B. For Cancelled Events

If an event is permanently canceled, TicketLimited.lk will automatically process the refund for your ticket face value back to the original payment method.

You do not need to submit a separate manual request for canceled events.
5. Deductions & Refund Conditions

Non-Refundable Fees: Service charges, convenience fees, and handling charges added during checkout are strictly non-refundable.

Taxes & Bank Charges: Refunds are subject to deductions for applicable government taxes, levies, and bank/payment gateway processing charges.

Partial Cancellations: Partial order cancellations are not permitted. If a refund is authorized, it applies to the entire transaction order.

Easy Payment / Installment Purchases: For tickets purchased through Easy Payment or installment plans, refunds will be credited back to the original payment card by the installment service provider after deducting all applicable banking and service charges facilitated by TicketLimited.lk.
