By accessing, browsing, or purchasing tickets through TicketLimited.lk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of Sri Lanka. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or purchasing movie, concert, theatrical, or event tickets on TicketLimited.lk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer") and TicketLimited.lk.

2. Eligibility & Permitted Use

  • Age Limit: You must be at least 16 years old to use TicketLimited.lk or purchase tickets on our platform. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

  • Personal & Non-Commercial Use: The service and content provided by TicketLimited.lk are strictly for personal and non-commercial use.

  • Prohibited Actions: You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, duplicate, download, publish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any material or content on TicketLimited.lk without prior written consent from TicketLimited.lk.

3. Account Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout (including your full name, valid email address, phone number, and NIC/Passport number).

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Supplier & Event Organizer Terms

TicketLimited.lk operates as an online ticketing platform on behalf of third-party event organizers, promoters, movie theaters, and suppliers ("Event Organizers").

  • Specific events or venue operators may enforce their own individual terms and conditions (e.g., age restrictions, venue rules, dress codes, or entry policies).

  • Please read the Event Organizer's specific terms displayed on the event page or on your purchase confirmation document.

5. Ticket Purchases, Gate Redemption & Non-Refundability

  • Non-Refundable Policy: All ticket sales completed through TicketLimited.lk are final and non-refundable.

  • No Modifications: Once purchased, online tickets cannot be modified, exchanged, or changed. This includes changes to ticket category, showtime, seat selection, price tier, or event date. Please review your order carefully before making a payment.

  • Redemption Window: Online e-tickets/e-vouchers are available for gate redemption at physical venue box office counters starting one (1) hour before the event start time up until one (1) hour after the event has started. TicketLimited.lk and event organizers will not issue physical tickets or permit entry outside this window.

  • Proof of Purchase: Only the initial electronic ticket, email confirmation, or official SMS sent directly by TicketLimited.lk will be accepted as valid proof of purchase. Forwarded emails, forwarded SMS, or screenshots will NOT be accepted for gate redemption.

  • Identification: A valid National Identity Card (NIC) or Passport matching the buyer's details may be required at the gate during redemption or ticket scanning.

  • Event Organization Disclaimer: TicketLimited.lk acts solely as a ticketing intermediary and shall not be held liable for event delays, artist performance issues, venue organization, or scheduling changes managed by the Event Organizer.

6. Online Payments & Convenience Fees

  • Payment Gateways: All online payments are processed via secure third-party bank payment gateways and are subject to the terms of the respective financial institutions. TicketLimited.lk does not store or have access to your full credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, PINs, or banking passwords.

  • Taxes & Levies: The face value of tickets may not include local government taxes (such as VAT, SSCL, or applicable levies) unless explicitly stated.

  • Convenience Fee: A non-refundable service/convenience fee ranging between 1% and 10% will be added to the total transaction value during online checkout, depending on the event.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Delivery Policy

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) or physical ticket delivery options are made available for specific events:

  • Island-Wide Delivery: Ticket delivery services operate across Sri Lanka.

  • COD Service Fee: An additional 5% service fee will be applied to the total ticket sale value for COD transactions.

  • Delivery Fee: Standard delivery charges will be calculated and added based on the destination address.

  • Delivery Timeline: Physical tickets will be delivered within 5 working days of order confirmation.

  • Fee Revisions: Delivery charges and COD processing fees are subject to change without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The entire content, site architecture, design, code, graphic assets, text, and layout of TicketLimited.lk are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of Sri Lanka.

  • TicketLimited and the TicketLimited.lk logo are registered or common-law trademarks of our platform. You may not reproduce, modify, or use these trademarks or contents without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • "As Is" Basis: TicketLimited.lk provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind.

  • No Direct/Indirect Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, TicketLimited.lk, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our service or event ticket purchases.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any modifications become effective immediately upon being published on this page. Your continued use of TicketLimited.lk after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
